1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Centaurus Stellar Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our Software and Services for personal or business use, subject to compliance with these Terms.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our Software.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute our Software to third parties.
- Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use our Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
4. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
4.1 Uptime Commitment
For SaaS-based solutions, Centaurus Stellar Labs provides 99.9% uptime except during scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
4.2 Maintenance & Downtime
Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Unplanned downtime will be addressed with best efforts.
4.3 Support Services
We offer tiered customer support based on your service plan, including email, chat, or phone support.
5. PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING
5.1 Fees & Subscriptions
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees will be charged according to the pricing plan selected.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least seven (7) days before renewal.
5.3 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.4 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your purchase or use of our Services.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Centaurus Stellar Labs remain the exclusive property of the Company.
6.2 Feedback & Suggestions
Any feedback or suggestions provided to Centaurus Stellar Labs may be used without compensation or obligation to you.
7. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centaurus Stellar Labs shall not be liable for:

- Any unauthorized access to your data or account.
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Centaurus Stellar Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Centaurus Stellar Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
